  5. Providing Information and Assistance: Serve as a resource for visitors and employees by providing information about the organization, its services, and its policies. Assist with general inquiries and provide directions or assistance as needed.

  6. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure that reading materials, brochures, and other resources are stocked and displayed appropriately.
