  3. Sales Process Management:

    • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and securing orders.
    • Negotiate terms, prices, and payment arrangements with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Gather customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  5. Sales Reporting and Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software or sales databases.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management for review and analysis.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with sales team members, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Share insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Additional education or training in sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
