As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services and drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. You will utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop digital marketing strategies and plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends in the digital landscape.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Create compelling content, graphics, and ad copy to engage target audiences and drive desired actions, such as clicks, conversions, and sales.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, to build brand awareness, grow followership, and drive engagement.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars, posting schedules, and paid advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services.
- Segment email lists, personalize content, and optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

SEO and Content Marketing:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search engine visibility and rankings using best practices in SEO.
- Develop and publish high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, to attract organic traffic and generate leads.

PPC Advertising:
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign metrics, and ROI using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify areas for optimization, and improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO tools, and PPC advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
