  8. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for employees and customers.

  9. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns, special events, and customer loyalty programs. Implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and manage expenses.
